We guarantee that all of our gift baskets represent the best value available. On our website when viewing a basket we provide a list of each product used in the basket, as well as a photo and the price. Unless there is a seasonal substitution, the baskets are shipped exactly as shown.

If you or your recipients are not 100% satisfied, please let us know and we will do our best to make it right.
In the case of a damaged package, please contact us within 24 hours and we will have FedEx or UPS pick up the basket and bring it back to our warehouse.
Once we receive an email that the basket is en route back to us, we will re-ship a replacement or refund the purchase.
